Do not pay your invoice or overages on trash-out safety on houses or landscaping

This Co does not pay you for anything over the initial work order, if the house has 97 yds trash and has mold and animal waste they will not pay you. Promise to but will not pay your invoice although they will upload your documented amounts and bill Fannie Mae for it the contractor will not get paid. We did 62 homes in 45 days and never got paid in full on any of them!
