I purchased a Mama Mia DMV telecom calling card may 16. When i got home and ready to call the phone number that connects your calls; all the numbers listed were disconnected, the costumer service number is a voice mail and no one ever return my calls. Therefore i was unable to speak with my famliy. The gas station i purchased the card from, it's not responsable for calling card sales or thats what they say. They charged the cost of the card plus sales tax as well, an extra 20 cents. Which i found not all of the retailers do.
But of course i dont care about the cost as much as i care about the fact that the retailer sells something to the public without even knowing that the product is expired or the company is out of business, and the telecom dmv for not providing the service expected. I found out other people has experience the same issue. BAD telecom dmv.
