Requested plants for Mom's Time. Was advised they'd be thereby 5pm on May 7th. Got a telephone call that evening stating florist couldn't load purchase, however they might provide me a totally free update and shipping could be no later than Wednesday, May 11th. Well, the 11th arrived around but still no blossoms. Got a phone at 7pm that evening saying I really could try to "speak" towards the florist myself, however they did not understand when they might be available. Blossoms were ultimately shipped on May 12th... 3 times AFTER Mom's Evening and 5 times once they were guaranteed to be shipped.
Today, May 17th I'm repairing my charge card record to locate they charged me $10 significantly more than my bill displays. I approached them-and informed they charged me the right quantity. Nearly sure where that $10 originated from. I suppose it is the "free" update I had been provided given that they were 5 times late in shipping. Won't buy from again. Named creditcard business and arguing the cost.
