I have a mits. Television that went out. I have extended warranty. The problem is I have been put off TWICE for a scheduled appointment. Here it is Friday at 1 p. The techs were suppose to be out between 8a-12p... Havent seen them!!! Called and they said my appointment has been changed to next Tuesday! What the? @? I have token off work and stuff. What can I do? Who can I talk to? Like I said this is the 2nd time they have put it off. This time they didnt even call to tell me. I called them.
