93 dollars was paid for email reading which was never done

My name is Emilija, i paid 93 dollars for an email reading which was guaranteed to be recieved 24 hours or less. I recieved nothing. After one week of emailing their customer service, they refunded me only 25$ for no service ever provided to me...
