Bought an adult DVD from fascinations in Manhattan, general manager and clerk at the time was John Myers. The DVD had "genuine" and anti-theft notices all over it. When I got home i popped it in and saw that it wasn't a genuine film, but some guy just took a camera into an NC-17 movie and taped it, then burned it to this DVD. I tried to return it to the store and told John the problem, but he just kept accusing me of switching the disc with my own.
I have since mailed this into the FCC's copyright infringement department to make them aware of the issue. Don't buy DVDs from this place!
