This person ordered a book from our store and then claimed they never got it - thus prompting a refund. Because they got a refund and we tracked the book, when it arrived we asked the buyer to pay for or return the book as they received a refund. Which they never did - so they received the book, got their money back and then refused to return the book or pay for the book they received.in essence robbing us of a specialty computer book.
Wonder why the people in the Virgin Islands would do this? But they did, they stole from us, they robbed us, and they no doubt deserve all the negative attention for stealing from a business
