A man calling himself Anthony Oats called me saying he worked with Pacific Choice Lending Network and that they needed agents in my area to help buyers that they had pre-qualified purchase homes. He said all the people they would send me would be pre-approved and need agents to represent them. They had me pick cities where the people were that needed assistance. He said they would charge me $480 per month to send me 16 leads. Any leads that were not good could be sent back. I decided to try it. When I called the first 16 they were all fraudulant people. I spoke with many of them or they e-mailed me their responses. Some did not qualify to get a credit card let along a home loan. None of them knew anything about Pacific Choice Lending. None of them wanted to buy houses. I then contacted Anthony Oats and said I wanted my money back and I wanted to cancell immediately. I called an e-mailed him. He e-mailed me that he would look into it. I e-mailed him saying I wanted my money back and to cancell me immediately. The number now gets no answer. I faxed them my cancellation. They continued to charge my account for 6 months. I got busy and my book keeper didn't notice it until recently. This company prays upon busy people.
