I will never shop with Ulta again

Three nights before, I attempted to put an easy online purchase that contains a hair straightening iron along with a free trial carrier which was a unique one day offer. After likely to the check out, and striking "publish, " a mistake sprang up stating my deal couldn't be finished. I examined and discovered that not just had my purchase NOT been through, but my bank card had a "pending" cost. I named Ulta and also the guy about the telephone explained the impending cost could be cleaned off my card within 72 hours, and also to try again later. Okay, which was good. I tried again later that evening, and got another mistake, and another impending cost to my bill. Discouraged, I called back. Another sales person drenched directly into my consideration to determine if she might repair the problem. While she struck publish, she stated the mistake popped up again. She stated she'd try again but I informed her to not, when I didn't need anymore impending costs on my consideration since I'dnot have the ability to contact that cash till these were cleaned down. And three times is just a very long time not to have use of over $100. I hung-up, examined my consideration, and noticed the sales person should have struck "publish" 4 more occasions, producing my impending costs complete $651!! I had been mad. I called back and through the span of the following couple times, was used in possibly twelve people, a number of which explained various things. Some stated these were looking after it, some stated I'd to hold back the 72 hours or keep in touch with my lender (that we did and my bar stated I required Ulta to send them the data), plus one sales person actually explained their IT division might avoid the revenue instantly. They didn't. I'd to hold back the entire 72-hour prior to the resources were repaired and that I have expenses to pay for! Not only did they trouble me significantly, ALTHOUGH NOT AN INDIVIDUAL PURCHASE really experienced and so I skipped on the specific offers which were one day-only. And also the sales representatives explained these were not approved to provide me a totally free voucher for that revenue I missed on. I'm beyond mad with how untrustworthy their customer support is, and also the proven fact that their site didn't let me create any acquisitions. I'll never store with Ulta again.
