I made the order 4/20. The money was blocked in the same day. Online store promised customers to process the order within 3-5 days and contact me email when my order is sent or if the required item is not available. 4/23 I Sending them documents to confirm my billing address and ask them to replace that which is not in stock. Today 4/27, and my order was not processed. Letters with questions about my order this site ignores. Even at the opening of the dispute in the PayPal does not react. I order from many U.S. And UK online stores, but such a terrible service is not met.
