David Dastvar Requested Quote for Long-term Assignment, Demanded Immediate Translation "Test" of a Long Report to "Engage in Business" as a Defraud to Obtain Free Translation Service

Mr. David H. Dastvar sent several emails requesting quote and reduction of rate for a large volume and long-term type of translation assignment.
Demanded a translation "test"of a long report to be done in a few hours for evaluation purposes in order to "engage in business".
After receiving of free translation service, the alleged customer never replied back.
