Take peoples money in these hard times and fail to supply them with their purchases. Major scam... Needs to return everyones money

I recieved this letter saying my son was being feathered in their book and only a few are selected for this HONOR. I called and talked to them and ask a few questions.
In early Oct I wrote them a check for $130 and they said I could expect to recieve my book and plaque as soon as it was printed.
In late Jan or early Feb I called to check on my order. Again the people was very nice and said it would be spring when the books would be mailed out. And Thanked for my order.
Well spring is here (april 20) and I tried to call them and they are out of business. I went online and their webpage is shut down. This is a total scam and they need to give everyones money back. There are several people complaining.
They closed due to hard times but its hard for everyone and not everyone had money to throw away but did this for their children. Cheryl Kommor publisher should be sued!!!
