My husband and I bought a part on my fathers credit card in mid December. After receiving the part we realized that we didn't need it. We had no idea that there was a no return policy. We told the manager Micah and he said no exchanges and thats FINAL. He said that he didn't accept store credit, yet in his statement with my credit card company he said that we refused to accept store credit. We have waited for the past 5 months for the store to accept the part and they have refused the delivery over and over again. Last time we spoke he told us that he would give us a return then today my husband called and said that we want our part back and that we have certified mail prooving that the part was delivered to the store on March 8th. After calling again and asking where the part is, (after another employee at the store stated that he saw the part and heard about the situation) we still don't have credit to our bank card, the part, OR a store credit.instead, we were ignored, repeatedly hung up on, and then told to go F$#@ ourselves. Not good for customer service. Now as principle we will not ever do business with Whiteswan, or their website www.sundancespacare.com again!
