Gold card consumer mail fraud

This week i too recieved a certificate looking letter in the mail. It claimed that i could recieve a credit line of 15k, a 12 month 0% apr and all i had to do is sign my name and send $37 or $43 (for rush delivery). Also no phone # was given which seems suspicious. Thank god my boyfriend convinced me to check it out online and thank you for your informative site!
