False Advertising and misinformed

Below is the exact email I sent Jenni Brick Bookbinding and below the email is what I received as a verbal response AFTER I contacted them to follow up. I recently ordered the Adesso album instant photo guest book. I ordered this in the black bonded leather and had it personalized. I received this guest book and was very displeased with the product, especially for what I paid. For one hence the name "instant" photo guestbook insinuates that they book holds instant Polaroid pictures. Also there is a picture of the guest book on your website that I have attached below which shows the guest book as holding Polaroid size pictures. After continuing down to the fine print I noticed that description said it held 15 pictures but in contradiction accommodated 75 guests. I also saw that it said the pictures were 4X6 as far as I know there are no such thing as 4X6 instant pictures. This is when I called a customer service rep to verifying the conflicting information and picture posted for this product. I was informed that the book held Polaroid pictures like the picture showed and did accommodate 75 guests, in my mind that meant there were slots for 75 pictures. Why would I only take pictures of certain guests and not others? That would be a little insulting to a majority the guests (we have about 75). I think we can both agree that the information on the website is very misleading. That set aside; I even took the extra step and reached out to a customer service rep and was misinformed. I would really appreciate you considering allowing me to return this item. As this will never suffice as the guest book for our May 22nd wedding and we are on a tight budget.

Thank you in advice. Response: When I followed up with the customer service manager, Alania she said she had spoke with the owner and that the product could not be returned because it was personalized; which would make perfect sense if the product I received was in fact what was shown in the picture of product on the website, what the customer service rep (Laura) told me it would be and what I had been mislead to believe the product actually was. After I was denied a full refund, I suggested to Alaina they were falsely advertising when they said it was an "instant" photo guestbook, as far as she and I both are aware there is not such thing as an instant 4X6; she said "that is not my problem Katie, the pictures can instantly be placed in the book after you develop them". I feel this statement in itself is contradiction and very condescending. Also she said the red album was shown and I ordered the black one. I asked if the red album, looked like the ne I received or the one in the picture shown. She said "like the one you received". This is all around false advertisement.
