Desert Springs Pools has been attempting to install a swimming pool and spa in my yard since June, This was the date excavation was started. I was given a completion date of 6 weeks, which was not close to being met. During excavation, the back hoe hit the side of my house and knocked off 5 shingles, which to this date, has not been replaced. After the pool tiles were installed, 8 tiles fell off because they were not properly installed. This occured 5 weeks ago.
To this date, they have not been repaired. I have called 4 times on both issues, and have seen no resolution. Before the decking was to be poured, underground water lines were to be placed for the sprinkler system. The deck was poured without running any lines—hence i called the company WHILE THE DECK WAS BEING POURED, and told them they should not be pouring concrete till the water lines were done.
Nobody returned my 3 phone calls about this. The water lines had to be rerouted and several days were lost doing this. I have been told 3 different times that the cool deck was to be poured, with no body showing up at any time¬ even a phone call to say they would not be working that day...
