I ordered and paid for 46 pieces of assorted bikinis and dresses. I received 7 pieces of cheap lingerie. When I first made contact, I was asked to send pictures of what I had received.
I went to their website thinking I would find pictures there, since they sent me this stuff, and after searching their entire website, could not find the items they sent.
I sent an email stating this and was told that they would refund my money if they had made a mistake, but they did not understand how they could make a mistake.
I then conducted an extensive search of other reputable wholesalers and was able to find pictures of the items and emailed them to the company. Their response was to ask me to send the product back so the could determine if they were at fault. I suggested they just deduct the US dollar amount from the total amount I paid.
They have cut off all contact with me and I am out over $200.
