These folks are big time crooks. They must have bought my account number from someone because I did not give these people accesss to my bank account.
If i had done business with them I would have offered them an acct number of a bank that has less then fifty dollars on it. I depend on my bank account for my groceries, my rent, my vehicle expenses. I do not give out this number frivolously.
These people are all out crooks. If they would do this to me I am sure they would do it to senior citizens, veterans, or anyone. This is unamerican to refuse a refund and not do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. If the customer has a product or service, sure, the customer should be billed, BUT they have my hard earned hundred dollars and I have nothing to show for it. That is flat out robbery
