Ny... The No cash back stores

I purchased aan Oster detachable blade systen at Ultimo Beauty Supply located at 68 West Fotdham Rd. Bronx, NY.

I used my credit card because they had a sign that they didn't gave cash back.

I went to return the product and they refused to give me the credit only store credit.
The sign or receipt didn't say anything about credit cards.
