I requested a camera on Dec. 25 through Google, so when I questioned concerning the cashback, was delivered to ABT, who delivered me back again to Google. Following a many emails, Microsoft ostensibly stated that after I visited about the link I went of Microsoft therefore there is no cashback and that I needed to have it in the vendor.By this time around, I had been pissed enough that I informed ABT if there is no cashback, I had been likely to decline delivery. ABT guaranteed cashback and questioned me to hold back 60-days (the full time restriction of processing charge card chargeback). Okay, 60 times have approved. ABT says visit Microsoft. Microsoft has me deliver them copies of the characters, then informs me rather than the refund I had been guaranteed, I get $18. Discuss a ripoff. I ought to have only delivered the camera. It's deceptive and misleading that Microsoft first stated there is no refund and that I needed to visit the vendor, however now claims its only 2%.
