I recently made a purchase through Bing Cashback's program that promised me a refund of 12% of my purchase price. I would not have made this purchase if not for the huge cashback savings offered to me.
After being bounced around customer service, Bing is now refusing to honor the refund, claiming that they have no record of my transaction. I have sent them all required documentation, and yet, they say their decision is final. They will not pay.
I have done research online, and it seems my situation is not uncommon. Many people report that Bing will not pay up following purchases.
Beware of Bing!
