I obtained this company via solicitation i am ashamed of myself because it has been so many reports about companies promising to reduce your mortgage. I jumped on the first thing smoking the lady i called on the flyer was so convincing that i a was hooked from the start. I knew it was to good to be true after the first couple of weeks i started to get weary about them. I will call them or email them and days if not a week later they would return my call with same old sad song there is nothing new. But to sum it up they didnt get me what they promise it was the total opposite it wasnt until i decide to contact my mortgage company and they told me what they had to offer and it was not a modification. Homeowners be ware of false promises of compaines to save you go with someone local and in the state you live in. The so call money back gaurantee is a joke i have been asking for my mney back for a least month now and the runaround no phone calls and no emails.
