Once they had the money, they never responded boca raton

This company solicited me in an email to sell my timeshare. Claimed to have many buyers and ready cash. All they needed was the closing costs. Quoted me a really high price and I talked them down to 800 dollars. I sent the money and was sent a receipt.

I heard nothing for weeks then when I called, I was told to send 1800 dollars more and they could send me my money. I balked and was told they would send my deposit back. Several calls were made and I was told the check was "in the mail".

Now all calls go to answering service, and no call back. Email does not work, fax will not work. I have sent letter, but no response.
