IDEAL MOVING AND STORAGE completely ripped me off. The person claiming to be the owner of IDEAL Moving "Jeff" whom is not even the owner called me on the phone to give me an estimate from N.Y. To N.C. The price was the cheapest one I received after talking to at least a dozen companies or so. So he convienced me that he was the owner and that he 50 tractor trailors and thats why the price was so cheap. He also said that he would guarentee the price even if I had extra stuff because he needed to fill up the truck. He quoted me less then $2000.00 and when the crew got there (all illegal aliens by the way) he raised the price almost triple. The workers said that I had more than double the stuff I told Jeff and we had to pay for it. There was maybe 15 more boxes and few odd pieces certainly NOT MORE THAN DOUBLE. They claimed that everything needed to be repacked and put in different boxes that I had to pay for. They damaged my property and then denied it right to my face. My items were not delivered until almost 30 days later when " JEFF " told my husband it would be only 3 days tops. We tried to get the so called owner back on phone with no success. The delivery guy who dropped of my furniture was rude, smelly and demanded a tip.
I have moved several times in my life and this was by far the worst experience I have ever encountered. I am taking this court and demanding my money back and money for the property damage. I highly suggest you stay clear of Jeff and Ideal moving because theses people are scammers.
