Charged me for 2 years not one

When I purchased this policy I only told the sales person I wanted it for 1 year. I do not and did not want 2 years. After looking back on my credit card statement I see where I was charged 2 different months for this amount $356.50
I was also lied to by the sales man. I was told everything was covered and I would only have to pay $36.00 service call because I got 4 other people to sign on. I had a service fee for $45.00 which was fine I dont like to be lied to.
He sent me a copy of the warranty in an e mail which was hard to read. Said they sent via snail mail never got that
I also notice a lot things that are not covered that he told me were covered.

My effective date was 8/8
I did not want a 2 year contract.
This is not right I have gone on line and seen all the problems and a lot are for issues with things that your company say are not covered. Your sales people are lying to get these policys sold.
Wrote and ask for the cancellation of the one year I did not want and still nothing from them.
Beware once they get your credit card number they will charge you more than you asked fo
