American gold has been doing the same with my mom 24 months in AROW. She's usually provided her kids silver Holiday alarms using the year ingraved in it.
This past year they charged her charge card twice.
This season they charged her for silver but delivered inexpensive dropped steel.
That Is her child, I've been included for that previous 2 yrs with this specific company.
This past year it required until May to get a $254.00 reimbursement. This year we're still attempting to solve this...
By today 2/19 after returning the alarms on 1/26. I have experienced a lot of reasons I can't depend. Death within the household, unique presentation, bill number, following number... Need I continue. These were really fast to cost my mom $305.00 for that inexpensive issues. We all know how difficult it's for theelderly to endure within this evening and period with physicians and medications. This can be a fortune to many folks.
There's no method to talk to an individual. I'll not give up this since my mom died within the morning hours of January 1st. This is the final silver Holiday bell I'll obtain from my mother
