Rip off in fradulent billing U.S.A. What I am saying is that you have to monitor your bill closely with them. Nationwide

I thought I was getting a nice deal with T-Mobile. Yeah, right. My first bill I received from them was over $600. I instantly inquired into it. The first representative I spoke with told me sorry for the confusion and that they would credit my account. And put me on a different plan starting that day.

About two weeks had past and they shut my phone off. When I called and inquired about it they said there was no mention of the conversation that me and the previous rep had. I had a problem with that because if my bill was so high, why would I order a second phone for my daughter. And since mine was disconnected my daughters was coming disconnected also.

They credited my account. Well, it was time for the next bill. Something told me to call and check the account balance. They said my balance was over $1000. That was crazy. So they are looking into it. One girl (kathy) that I spoke with to told me my bill was $500. Then I call again later and the next girls told me my bill was $1000. Ok. Who is right and who is wrong. They are currently looking into it.

What I am saying is that you have to monitor your bill closely whith them.
