I do not know where to begin except that when i recieved my phone it wasn't working at all! I told them i wasn't going to pay anything until my phone works. I got hit with a 500 cell phone bill! 200 cancellation fee was involved - and besides there record can show i never made any phone calls on the cell.
It is to suppose be on before you pay the activation fee. When it was cut off 3 months before they hit me with the cancellation fee, i still had the pay the monthly charges-that wasn't right one bit! That cell compnay was a complete nightmare for 9 months. Get this - they say that if you do not pay for it 3 consecutive months they will pose a cancellation fee and that would be my last bill!
They it coudn't have been 300 dollars or 0 dollars! This was a scam to begin with - i wish someone would had worn me before i had to read it on the news!
We need help now! If you are reading this - what the hell happen and when will this lawsuit will come into effect!!
