Ought an item from classiccloseouts they sent me the wrong item. I sent it back insured shipping expecting a refund for the item and the shipping costs. Im asking for the shipping costs because it was their fault for sending me the wrong item.
I waited 10days there was nothing posted on my account for the refund so i emailed them. Well ive emailed them 6 times and still no answer!!! There is no contact phone number on the web site only email addresses. Ive read about this happening to others on refunds from this company just wish i had read it before i ordered from classiccloseouts.com.
I wouldnt have done business with them if i had. All i want is what is owed me!
