Yes I was ripped off too by Darrien "Jesse" Small. I however managed to get a hold of one of the videographers who covered my wedding, I'll just have to pay him and get my video from him. I still haven't been able to locate the 2nd videographer who covered my wedding reception with her camcorder. I could have asked my 2 yr old nephew to do it if I knew that a camcorder is what they'ld use.in any case, Darrien disappeared with my money.
I filed a law suit against him at the District Court of Maryland in Ellicott City and won by default because he obviously did not show up. He knows that nothing will happen to him if he doesn't show for a civil suit, and nothing will happen to him if he doesn't pay the money back. But what I don't understand is that after everything he has done to all these people, the authorities still say that he has not committed any crime, and they cannot arrest him. If I go after him, then I will become a criminal and be arrested. It's preposterous.
He should be reported to the FBI and the IRS. I'm sure he's evading tax payments too, and the IRS will definitely get him.

Anyway I won my case against him, therefore I have some money to collect. If anyone knows where to find Darrien Small, AKA Jesse, Jess, Craig, Dare, Darrell, please let me know It will greatly be appreciated.
