My wife and I hired Jessie Small to photograph our wedding in April. When we first met with him, everything seemed to be very professional (except that he was 45 minutes late). We saw a book of his images from previous weddings and they were very nicely done. Jessie also showed us a "canvass ribbon" that he had done. He offered this to us a free gift for using his services.
I had paid Jessie Small $300, expecting to recieve a CD with all of our images on it, a video of our wedding (at no charge, pending availability of his videographer), the canvass ribbon, and "Thank You" cards.
The only thing that I have recieved from Jessie Small is broken promises and lies on top of lies as to why my wife and I have not been issued what we contracted him for. At this point, Jessie Small seems unreachable.
Imagery and Stories doesn't seem to be able to/want to help us track Jessie Small down. We can't get our images from them because "the pictures are copyrighted by the photographer." My wife and I have no memories to show for all of the trouble Jessie has caused us.
