I ordered shampoo and some make-up from this comany and they took money from credit card account but never sent my merchandise, I have called several times, e-mailed several times and faxed them 3 times, but got no response whatsoever.
I am now having to go through my bank and credit card comany to get this matter resolved. I am out almost $100.00
