Having not received products from the Playtrade marketer I've completed exactly what Play.com have needed of me, over four distinct telephone call procedures, and that I am NEVERTHELESS being delayed on my reimbursement under their Playtrade promise. I've phoined on the other hand throughout the night, as decided, plus they are today requiring I've to telephone them during operating hourts just, after I've told then I can not do that! They've NO written criticism path and also have all the specifics they have to create the reimbursement - AND CONTACT ME This Really Is planned prevention of cost at-best.
