My wife ordered covers for her LG Vu from www.onlylgvu.com. She was ecstatic because she couldn't find hard cases for her phone anywhere else and an easy google search returned this site at the top of the results. Don't be fooled though.
The site claims that their ground shipping option promises delivery in 3-7 business days depending on how far you live from their shipping center in Florida. She has been waiting 13 business days from the time the charge appeared on our bank account for these cases.
I have sent numerous emails to their customer service department about this and have not gotten a response. I searched the company today because I was starting to suspect that she had been scammed and upon reading the complaints here I found that I may be correct in that assumption.
Save your money and head somewhere else if you need a cell phone accessory. The only thing you get from this retailer is empty promises and a lighter wallet.
