Thomas E Keller trucking has an Hr person who thinks she RUNS the company... She never liked me to begin with and has tried many times to get me fired. She also managed to get my wife fired from her job because I had healthe insurance from my wifes company and she reported that I could have it through Keller and that was against my wifes policy so she reported her and almost got her put up on fraud charges... So my wife had to resign 3 months from retirement after 25 years of service. Now she has fired me cause according to their POINT SYStem I have 13 points... I have 2 speeding tickets at 2 points each... I had been on probation for these and then was taken off... Haven't had anything else put on the report. But she goes back 36 months even if you didn't work there. This company took away Holiday pay. Safety bonus 401 K plan... Changed insurance co for health that costs an arm and a leg and it has $3000 deductable. I stayed oput 3 weeks ion June got NO Layover pay. Spent last weekend out jan 9 and whenI got in this week I got fired... They need to fire the HR person she is NOT THE Owne
