I thought it was just me - but after reading the numberous complaints all over the Internt about this company - I realize this is just this companies normal way of doing buisness. This has happened to us twice in one year. You call - give them the exact spec on item you want to ship - they give you a quote - and your statement comes in - amost double what they quoted. Well what's wrong with that you might ask. As an eBay Seller we collect just what we're quoted - so anything above that comes out of our pocket. And anyone selling on eBay knows there's not allot of profit. But worst of all with this company - after months of trying to get resolution and no results - they send you a nasty letter that they are going to turn you over to a collection agency. Read some of the other complaints. This company needs to be re-organized or stopped. My recommendation - stay away from FreightQuote.com.
