I recently started recieving magazines in my name at my address that I never ordered. They were "Spin", "Jane", and "Golf" then I recieved a bill for $112.00 from National Magazine Exchange. I called them and said I didn't order them. I was told that Yes I had ordered them and it was verified by recording or something. I again told them I didn't order them and was told well, someone living there said they were you and ordered them. I was then hung up on. Twice after that I called and was put on hold after I gave my name. After sitting on hold for 20 min. I hung up.
Since then I have sent 4 letters to them stating that I will not pay for these magazines and to cancel the subscriptions. I Hate Golf, and only listen to Country music, classical, opera and celtic. The magazines ordered are not anything I would even buy at a news stand, so why would I spend $112 for them. I am upset that they do not care that there has been a mistake made and if someone else ordered these I have not found out who it is. I want the magazines stopped and the bill canceled.
