I signed up for a Medical Office Receptionist job and a Front Desk—Hotel Agent job through Gifted Careers and got back two e-mails. One from Robert W. West—Human Resources (the Hotel Agent job) and from Brenda L. Campbell—Human resources (the Medical Receptionist job). Both e-mails had links claiming that I needed to confirm my availability to work. Neither link worked. However, I spotted the P.O. Box and Orlando, FL address at the bottom of both and investigated and found the reports on usacomplaints.com. Now I know.
