I ordered Seasons 1-4 of "Early Edition", a show that was on TV for several years. I thought that I was buying new DVDs—not something that was taped off of PAX and CBS! Most of the DVDs don't even play because of the fragmenting. I've emailed the company several times to see if I can get a refund and they don't respond. They are definitely a ripoff company! I thought that they would be reputable since they were linked to Amazon.com, but they're not! If I wanted this much frustration watching something that is fragmenting the whole time I watch it I would just watch my own TV with all its' fragmenting because we can't get cable or Dish network were we live. How do I get a refund?
