I resided in this apartment complexe for 3 years enduring abuse from the leasing office. I am glad I am out of there and it seems like I am alive again. Eventhough we stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. It was too small to live in. Imagine 3 bedrooms 2 baths a kitchen and dining area in 900 sqft. It started out with a dyied carpet. Who does that? Dying carpets. Yes they lied to us and made us move in a dyied carpet with promises they will change it right away. Three years later the carpet is still there. Moreover they raised the rent in the middle of the lease from $840 to $1040 you will only have one month notice. Yes the lease slickly state that they can raise the rent anytime. Come on what kind of practice is that? They will evict you if you dont pay your rent before the 10th of the month. It doesn't matter how long you have been with them. Fortunately we were there for 3 years and never been late.
No comcast allowed in the complexe. Yes you will have to settle with a bootleg company called camco. Check them out on usacomplaints.com you will see scary stories!!!
Parking is a major problem... They contracted a greedy towing company that will tow your car or your visitors cars without warning. Why should you put yourself through all this heart ache. While you are working so hard to pay them every month. No one should.
We were not able to get internet for 2 years. Can you believe it? ATT did not have any available slot in that area.
Last but not least is your deposit... They will try anything. I say anything. Pull any stunt to keep your deposit. This is thievery and robbery in bright day light. Rosemay Marquez @ pembroke gardens Apartments is a thief and a big time conartist. They are trying to keep my deposit as I am writing this. Eventhough I gave them 60 days notice. Fortunally I took pictures of the place and I am ready to take them to court. I will sue them for all the bullshit I had to put up with.
This is a very deceitful company they will lie to you until you sign their bullshit lease agreement to lock you in and raise the rent on you. So do yourself a favor. Do not sign that crap. It doesn't matter how cheap it seems at first. People are moving out and running away from themlike if they were the swine flu. Most Apartments are empty now!!! Keep away it's not worth it.
