I had ordered a pair on Uggs and from the description on the web-site it seemed legit. I payed using paypal and was confident everything it was going to be fine. They arrived on-time and even came in an UGG box.
Upon inspection, they were 100% fake. Good fake, but still fake. I emailed customer service and was told that I should keep the product because I ordered it. Through many emails, I requested a refund and what the next step was and I was told again that they boots were not fake and I should keep it.
I am currently disputing through paypal to receive a refund. The website offers only the email address for communication.
