On August 14th, I sent a box size 24"x27"x24" to Brazil through Brasil Courier. 90 days passed and the box status online was still "IN TRANSIT".
A box was delivered on the 1st of December. However, as soon as the box was onpened by its receiver, it was clear that there was an exchange. The content was not what I had sent. Not one of the items I described in my form was in the box. Immediately, my father, the receiver, called the delivery company in Brazil while I contacted Brazil Courier in the U.S.
At first, I spoke to a representative named Maria who asked about detailed information on the box. Later on that same day another representative named Lia called me asking the same questions. The claim that my box is lost and that doesn't give me the right of claiming any insurance, since I did not pay for extra insurance.
This company just proves to be a shame in care and poor customer service.
