National Appliance Network under new name?

I have reasons to think the former owner of National Appliance Network may be operating under a new identity and business name. A company calling itself "Best Servicers of America" has been advertising all over Florida for service contractors for HVAC, Appliances and Flat Panel TV's. I became suspicious when the link to sign up with Best Servicers of America asked for my social security number. I did some research first and could find no background info on the company or a business license.By luck I was able to connect the owner's name to National Appliance Network. And while the two owners names are different an internet search found the same identical home address in Boca Raton, Florida for both.
