CSAA AAA shifted emphasis from service to sales so customers get solicited on each call. Employees who thought they were just doing service are REQUIRED to sell or be fired. Most employees hate CSAA AAA but stay because of the tight job market.
CSAA AAA manipulates its own rules to always keep employees off balance so they can fire anybody at any time. Management asks for information from employees then goes after them when they respond. Employees on eggshells wondering when it is THEIR time to be fired.
CSAA AAA gives lip service to values and ethics but practice big company greed. It steals Money from employees by manipulating statistics, etc.
Ambulences arrive regularly to help the employee victims of CSAA AAA's "sick building" air. Those who dare ask for healthier conditions are harassed and fired.
Person at the top sets tone for a company so Paula Downey must be held responsible for all this.
