Child custody, child support and alimony still aren't settled after 3 1/2 years and apx. $400,00.00. Only the property and single status settled because it was forced by the other side. The attorney's at J. Kelly Scam Firm kept on continuing the case by rescheduling OSC's, doing ex parte's, updating the file, scanning, copying, etc. Once the OSC has been canceled. These ploys just keep pushing the trail date further and further ahead. Kelly told me not to worry about the money because they would get it back from my ex.
My ex still has temporary custody and still only pays me temporary alimony. The attorney bills every month are ten times what I get in alimony. They even got me mixed up with someone that has the same first name and kept sending me emails in regards to her case. Probably charged me for that too. They haven't even done anything in a year, but still found a way to monthly charge me for updating my file.
