Ordered a pair of Oakleys for my son for Christmas. Tried to exchange them or get my money back and they said they do not do that. When I ask why it didnt say that when ordering and the said I had to go to the About site and it would say that. Who looks there? When I ordered them it should of said that on the billing page. Then they said it had been 10 days since I ordered them. I didnt receive them for 10 days after I ordered them, plus they werent opened till Christmas.
