Offered 20.00 in free clicks, did not perform, then charged me 35.00

This company offers 20.00 in free clicks provided you give them yr credit card. They then hit yr website with all the clicks necessary, in one day, to exhaust your 20.00, then charge you 35.00 without authorization, or proof where the clicks came from.
Supposedly i was being advertised on 19 home and garden websites, however, my ecommerce site can track referring urls, and they were all "unknown"
DO NOT do biz with these people unless you want to give yr money away!
