Before I went to BA African Hair Braiding & Supply, I made an appointment. During the appointment booking, I asked them did they have the color hair I wanted at the shop. The lady said, "Yes, we have plenty, and you can buy the hair at the shop". When my sister and I arrived at the shop, they did not have the hair in the color I wanted. They offered me another color, but I wanted black.
My sister offered to take me to go get some hair, but the owner of the shop took me instead. I ended coming out of my pocket with 30 extra dollars. I had to use some of the money for the cost of the style to pay for hair (i was carrying $200). Even though the shop told me that they had the hair, made me go buy my own, I still had to pay full price for the style, which was $180.
The service in the shop was also not too pleasant. As soon as we got back from the hair place, I had to wait 1 hour after I got there.
