A good cigarette ripped off for $683.00!

This company took $683.00 from my checking account early this month (dec. 2009) and i have not received the cigarettes!!! You call and there is a recording only, and the websites are down. Unbelievable that they could get away with this... I am so furious but don't know what to do!!! Any suggestions on how to proceed? I don't want them to get away with this!!!
