Deceptive billing, poor service, poor dispute resolution

Green did a substandard job from move-out to move-in. They hit me withextra charges at every stop, were unprofessional on the job, did a terrible jobof packing items, and have now failed to take accountability for their actions. At every point, I have been courteous, reasonable, and professional with them to no avail.
